Plans are tailored to each resident and may include help with grooming, bathing and medications, as well as transportation, laundry and housekeeping. At The View Alexandria, we offer the flexibility of a rental model with simple month-to-month leasing. This means no large entrance fee and no long-term contract—just straightforward pricing and the freedom to choose what works best for you.
Assisted Living rates start at $4,586 per month, including three daily meals, engaging programs, weekly housekeeping, linen service and parking for one vehicle. Additional personal care and medication management are available through an individualized care plan—ensuring you get just the right level of support, delivered with compassion and dignity.
